I think I have reached the level of Master Griller. For those of you who are not in Pittsburgh it is beautiful here, so we've been cooking out quite a bit recently. I started with hamburgers, and last week I moved up to some smoked sausage. But yesterday I moved higher up and cooked pork chops. And let me tell you, they were good. I realize for some people how the food looks does not make a huge difference. But how much better does a pork chop taste when it has the black grill lines on it? A lot better, that's how much. Next time we're going for steak!
I guess I should say something about Squishy...
Squishy did not make Kate throw up, so the food must have been good.
